Rockland County, NY - An 18 month old girl who was struck by a minivan Friday in the Monsey area died this morning at Westchester Medical Center.

Judy Danziger was in the roadway on Becketts Court in Chestnut Ridge at 1:30 in the afternoon when she was hit by a 2002 Toyota Sienna that was backing out onto the street.
