Our dealers are dynamite! We spoke to Todd Kuper of Meyer Truck Equipment about the family owned 80-year-old-company, upfitting trucks with OEM Harnesses, and the RVS difference.

RVS: Tell me a little about Meyer Truck Equipment's history.
Todd Kuper: We've been in business since 1937. Our bread and butter is partnering with dealerships and fleets, upfitting work trucks for a better and safer vehicle for the end user. We're family owned and operated.
RVS: How long have you worked with Rear View Safety?
TK: That's a good question. I'd say for about 7 years!
RVS: What Rear View Safety Products do your customers most enjoy?
TK: Backup cameras are by far the most popular product that we offer our customers. It's nice to have such a broad array of monitors as well as cameras for our commercial applications to get the best fit.

RVS: Are there any products your customers wish we had?
TK: As far as cameras go I think you guys have pretty much everything that our customers have been asking for. The OEM Harnesses work out great so we can tie into the truck system itself. Your backup cameras pretty much hit everything our customers have been asking for.
RVS: On to a couple fun questions. If Todd Kuper was a vehicle, which vehicle would he be?
Todd Kuper: That's a good question! I would be a Jeep Wrangler.
RVS: What type of music do you like to listen to on the road?
Todd Kuper: I listen to mostly mostly Christian music & Christian radio stations. If it's a long trip I'll listen to podcasts. NPR's How I Built This is my go-to one. I also listen to some ESPN sports podcasts.
